If you own a Peabody flat at Wimbledon Stadia, you can become a member of our Residents’ Association. There is no annual fee and we hold meetings twice per year open to all members, where we will discuss local matters.
To join, please send an email to chair@wimbledonresidents.com.
We will keep any communication with you to a minimum, such as the monthly email newsletter and notices of the Association meetings. Day to day information will be shared on our Facebook group and WhatsApp group.
The Association will also act and make representations on your behalf in discussions and negotiations with Peabody (our Landlord), Ringley and the leaseholder-let RTM (responsible for management of our blocks) or any others, such as Merton Council, on matters of common interest to the Peabody leaseholders here at Wimbledon Stadia.
